Convenient Financial Terms

At The Fine Art of Family Dentistry PA our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (888) 459-9086 to review your concerns.

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:

Payment must be made in full for all treatment under $300.

Options for payment of services greater than $300:

1.Cash or check with a 5% fee reduction (bookkeeping reduction) if paid at initial visit.

2.Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card).

3.50% down at time of initial service and 50% due at second visit if no additional insurance involved if lab incurred.

CONTRACT PAYMENTS

Treatment with fees greater than $300 have the option to have a contract written up for 90 days in office financing interest free with approved credit.
